How much is a Popuka subscription?

There are two types of Popuka subscription plans:

3-month ORIGINAL with 5 items (11,700 yen)
3-month JUST SNACKS with 10 items (11,100 yen)

Are there hidden or customs fees?

There are no hidden fees. Global shipping costs are already included in the price; however orders from outside of Japan may be subject to customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, etc.) before delivery can be completed.

If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned.

You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government.

What’s inside a Popuka box?

When you subscribe to a Popuka plan, each month you will receive Japanese pop culture items (e.g. figures, trading cards, accessories, collectibles, snacks/candy, stationary or stickers) related to anime, manga, kawaii, otaku or character goods from your favorite brands.

What if I have allergies?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your Popuka box is free of certain substances or compounds since we feature different products every month, including Japanese snacks/candy with collectibles. If you suffer from a known allergy against certain substances or compounds, we recommend discarding the edibles or thoroughly reviewing the ingredients (in Japanese) of a product before using it.

When will my Popuka box arrive?

We ship on the fourth week of every month from Japan so delivery time can vary depending on your location. Tracking is included at no cost.

Delivery can also be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local post/customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees.

You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept safe and SSL secured credit card payments through Stripe.

How does the reward program work?

The reward program is our way of giving back to you. We keep track of your active involvement in the Popuka community through:

• Subscriptions
• Referrals
• Reviews
• When you tag us on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
• When you send us photos and YouTube videos of Popuka love

We then assign levels of achievement through an internal point system and reward you with extra goodies.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Please note a cancellation before expiration will not cancel the term in progress or refund the remaining delivery orders, as it only stops the renewal at expiration.

Please make sure you cancel within the term deadline. Your subscription must be cancelled before the end of the prior month to the upcoming charge (e.g. To opt out of your 3-month subscription, which starts with January and ends with the March box, you must cancel by the end of March).

Manage or cancel your subscription on the My Account page after signing in to your account and clicking on the subscription ID or view button.
